Chris Pelley, the Managing Director of the Pelley Group, has been in the financial services industry for over 30 years and has a passion for helping investors make better decisions. He has spent over 11 years working abroad for world-class financial institutions including Shearson Lehman Hutton where he specialized in retirement planning for corporate executives in NYC. In 1994, Chris founded Capital Investment Management Company (CIMCO) with the goal of offering clients independent investment advice. As of 2014, he joined RBC Wealth Management but returned to the independent advisory world in 2016.
Chris has a BS in Economics and a BA in Psychology from the University of Missouri. He holds the Chartered Financial Consultant designation from the American College and is a Certified Wealth Strategist from the Cannon Institute. Chris’ passion is helping clients utilize their investments so they can dedicate more time to family, career and their charities. Chris and his wife, Kathleen, live in Greenwood Village, Colorado with their two golden retrievers and have two daughters working abroad.

Matt Workman has been part of the Pelley Group almost since the beginning. After receiving his Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from the University of Colorado at Boulder, he began his career in financial services working alongside Chris at CIMCO in 2004. Then in 2008, Matt moved to MassMutual focusing on clients long term investment needs and returned to the Pelley Group in 2010.
Matt and his wife, Shaina, have their daughter Esther and son, Simon, and reside in Highlands Ranch.

Tatyana has over 17 years’ experience in the banking industry. She has owned her own business taking care of elderly and disabled. Tatyana works as a liaison between clients, advisors, and custodians to ensure clients’ needs are addressed fully and promptly. Tatyana graduated from the University of Phoenix with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Business Management. Tatyana is originally from the Ukraine and speaks fluent Russian.
She enjoys spending time with her husband Rodi and two young boys, Zane and Zack.

Ron’s outstanding performance as a portfolio manager has earned him recognition in prestigious publications such as Barron’s and Pensions and Investments magazine. Ron has managed both institutional portfolios (e.g. Moloney Securities Asset Management (MSAM) Growth Composite from 2002 to the present), and has designed and managed bespoke portfolios for private clients and family offices.
Aside from his work as a portfolio manager, Ron serves on the Board of Moloney Securities, and its Management Committee.
Ron earned his BA in Business/Finance from Maryville University, and his MPA (Master of Public Administration) from St. Louis University.
Ron, his wife Debbie, and their son Joseph are active in their church, where Ron serves as a Eucharistic Minister, and in other community affairs.

Seth has over 30 years of experience as a CPA and CFO working for both public and private companies including 11 years at Deloitte. His experience and expertise enables him to provide his clients (both individuals and companies) with a deep understanding of finance and financial reality.
He has served as an officer of the Colorado Chapter of Financial Executives International, and the Rotary Club of Denver. Seth is a Colorado native, and has a Bachelor’s degree in business and accounting from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
